Shaneice Gordon serves as a paralegal for MCJ’s Heirs’ Property Campaign. Prior to joining MCJ, she worked as a clerk. Shaneice earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Tougaloo College and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Mississippi College. She also earned a Juris Doctorate and Certificates in Pro Bono Service and Civil Litigation from Mississippi College School of Law. During law school, she was actively involved in several organizations including the Public Interest Law Group where she served as President. She was sworn in to limited practice while in law school which allowed her to serve as a guardian ad litem attorney and assist clients with guardianship and divorce cases. Shaneice will support the mission of the Heirs’ Property Campaign by helping historically underserved farmers and landowners protect their land for generations to come.
