Family planning and agreement is critical to resolving heirs’ property issues. Because it is often difficult to get more than one person to agree, we offer personalized Family Presentations to help families understand the law, family legal issues, and empower them to decide what they want to do with their land. The goal of the Family Presentation is for families to reach 100% agreement.
We host estate planning workshops throughout Mississippi to educate the community on the importance of life planning and creating a will to prevent heirs’ property issues. We also provide services to Mississippians through our Mobile Wills Clinics where we help families prepare last wills and testaments directing how property will be distributed upon the death of the owner.
