In partnership with One Voice and Mississippi Access to Justice Commission, MCJ is coming to your community to help college students, job seekers, and anyone impacted by the criminal justice system. If you qualify for an expungement, we want to help you.

All fees must be paid in full in order to get an expungement.

Here’s what to bring to the clinic:

• For misdemeanor charges, bring abstract of court record
• For felony charges, bring indictment, sentencing order, and discharge order
