In partnership with the Pine Grove Association, Canton/Madison County Alumni Chapter of Mississippi Valley State University, and the Madison County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, MCJ is hosting this expungement clinic for Madison County residents.

From Police or Sheriff’s Department:
Background Check or Arrest Report

From the Court:
Abstracts and/or Receipts
Indictment or No True Bill (Felony)
Sentencing or Dismissal Order (Felony)
Discharge Paperwork (Felony)

3. Show Up On Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your selected time and be prepared to wait up to 2 hours to ensure service.
