Indianola, MS – Combating Blight in Mississippi Presentation

Learn about a project that supports the adaptive reuse of abandoned and blighted properties throughout the state of Mississippi.

MCJ provides direct legal services to non-profit organizations in order to revitalize and stabilize low-income communities.

Direct legal services will include conducting title searches, drafting deeds and purchase agreements, conducting closings on behalf of the non-profit, community-based partners, and recording deeds.
