Expungement Clinic – Hinds County (Jackson)

As a part of the City of Jackson’s Jobs for Jacksonians event, MCJ will provide expungement services to community members and participants. If you want to get a fresh start, we are here to help those who qualify.

What participants must bring:
-Government-issued ID and court documents (Very important)

Required Court Documents:

For misdemeanors:
– Abstract of Court Record

For felonies:
– Indictment
– Sentencing Order
– Discharge Order and/or Proof of Payment of fines and fees

Background Check:

A background check is highly encouraged. However, if participants do not have time to obtain one beforehand, they are still welcome to attend.
