Rights Restoration

Currently, in Mississippi, it is incredibly difficult to get your right to vote back after conviction for a disenfranchising felony. Mississippi is one of few states where individuals face a lifetime ban if convicted of one of 23 disenfranchising felonies. We are constantly working on advocating for rights restoration in the state. Individuals who have completed their sentences should not be permanently disenfranchised.
